Packaged in ergonomic 15kg bags with a very long shelf life, it can be applied in any weather and temperature, does not soil equipment or PPE and does not require any heavy equipment.
Our asphalt allows immediate opening to traffic and excellent resistance to heavy traffic. It obtains its final state thanks to the passage of vehicles. The product is perfectly compacted, well sealed and has a patina which gives it a very high durability.
Its design is compatible with the ecological transition because it natively integrates the circular economy, the protection of environments, the reduction of CO₂ emissions and the disposal of residues.
The application of Rapid Asphalt is simple, fast and durable. It is particularly suitable for the repair of potholes and more generally for any surface less than 4 m² such as small trenches, around network inspection plugs, keyholes, sign posts and urban furniture.
Remove moving parts from the repair area. Check that the application area is compact.
If necessary, crumble the clods by rotating the foot.
Make sure that you apply a sufficient overlay according to the depth and spread it evenly.
Using a hand or mechanical tamper, compact vigorously.
Rapid Asphalt's storable asphalt allows intervention in all weather conditions. Its reactive compaction technology gives it a high resistance to road traffic. Operators will be pleased to use a clean, odourless and easy to handle product.
